The stems are made of stainless steel, so hypoallergenic, as on all MEZ jewelry. The ceramics are painted with quality glazes and heated to high temperature in a "kiln" type oven. The ceramic is very light and has a distinguished and natural look. Each piece is unique and handcrafted in Vaudreuil-Dorion (Quebec, Canada).
